Service Description

3 in-person prenatal or virtual visits (1 hour each) *Location will be share upon booking the service* Reviewing intake forms and providing guidance on body balancing and mindfulness techniques Discussing birth and infant care preferences, preparation for the final weeks, and postpartum planning One in-person or virtual Partner Support Class (1 hour) Discussing phases of labor and actions to take during each Practicing comfort measures for all types of birth Reviewing tools for labor, advocacy, and postpartum support One in-person or virtual postpartum visit (1 hour) Exploring birth goals and creating a birth plan Additional inclusions: Digital guides with live links for body balancing, mindfulness, childbirth education, nutrition, and partner support A hospital bag checklist A postpartum planning worksheet Access to up-to-date research Up to 4 weeks of on-call time (typically 38-42 weeks) Extensive referral resources Access to a personal lending library and community resource list Full labor and birth support at your chosen location Up to two additional support hours immediately following birth Unlimited phone and email support from contract signing through 6 weeks postpartum
